Graceful Counseling and Consulting supports individuals with counseling to help them clarify how to work toward a resolution of their concerns and issues. The aim of our counseling is to vastly improve functioning within areas of identified problems.
One-on-one counseling services are also offered to help students address concerns in a number of areas including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, family, stress management, relationships, cultural identity, career decision-making, sexual assault, interpersonal concerns, and couples’ issues.
We will complete an assessment to identify your needs and develop a plan for your care. The length of time you spend in therapy depends on your situation and will be determined by discussions with your therapist.
